Our AC went out at some point in the night. I called Precision first thing in the morning (Thursday) and they had a technician out at 1PM to diagnose the problem. I wasn’t sure what to expect because this was the first time we had an issue that we couldn’t solve on our own. We unfortunately needed a part but it was already in their supply house! Kevin, our technician, was able to retrieve the part and be back to our home at 7AM on Friday to complete the repair. He made some helpful suggestions and was able to quickly remedy the problem. The whole experience from the first call was 5 stars. Everyone who I interacted with was kind and courteous and empathetic of our need. They also send text messages with driver location and estimated time of arrival! We will continue to use Precision for our HVAC needs!

We have used Precision for 10 years.. the first couple years were service. We then purchased a new hvac from them with in that time. They are always good with appointments. They send text messages and let you know where the driver is! We needed a recent emergency apt. And they worked with us! The same technician has always been at our house. He knows us and he installed our new unit years back. It’s nice to see the same guy!! He’s Great!!

I've been using Precision for over 5 years at my home and business. HVAC unit at my home was replaced this spring and Precision honored the quote from last year 13 days prior to expiring even though new regulations drove their costs up, David still honored the quote.My unit at my warehouse is on its' last leg while Precision has done the best to keep it running this summer.....thankfully!!We have it in 2024 budget to have a new system installed and Precision it the only one I called and the only company I will use.Tom B

Precision did a great job, they came out in a super short notice in the middle of heat wave. Found my problem and resolved it same day. Thank you guys for being great at what you do.
